Payment Terms

We aim to make payments straightforward and secure.

Preferred method: BACS transfer — please include your house number and postcode as a reference.

Cash payments: Accepted if left securely for collection.

Payment timeframe: Within 7 days for residential clients, and 14–30 days for commercial clients.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in referral to the Credit Protection Association (CPA) for recovery. Our goal is a smooth, stress-free payment process so you can simply enjoy your freshly cleaned property.
