Service Schedule and Weather Policy
We clean year-round—even in light rain or cold conditions (above freezing). Only severe weather causes rescheduling, and we’ll always notify you as soon as possible.
For new clients, the first two cleans may not achieve a perfect finish immediately due to built-up debris, but after these initial visits, you’ll enjoy consistently brilliant results on your regular schedule (monthly or every 8 weeks).
Understanding Your Windows

Our Water-Fed Pole System
We use a modern, pure-water pole system that allows us to clean high windows safely from the ground. The purified water leaves no streaks or residue, ensuring a spotless finish. Over time, regular cleaning using this system delivers the best and most consistent results for your property.
Window Surface Wear & Tear
Over time, micro-scratches can appear on glass due to natural cleaning friction. This is normal wear and tear and does not affect glass strength or clarity. We always use safe techniques to minimise this effect while maintaining the cleanest possible finish.
